Degree Measure

Share with students who could use this information.

To measure in degrees if we travel counter clockwise around the circle starting with zero degrees on the positive x-axis. Counting by 90s we will have 90 180 270 and then a full revolution around the circle 360 degrees.

All the blue angles are our 45-degree angles will have 45 135 225 and 315 degrees

In orange we'll label our 30 degree angles we have 30 degrees 150 210 and 330 degrees.

Finally in green we'll label our 60 degree angles will have 60 degrees 120 240 and 300 degrees.
